PRE-ORDERS

  • What is a pre-order?
    A pre-order is a way to purchase the product in advance, as a reservation, before the product is finished being manufactured. Carefully read the arrival time in the information of each product categorized as pre-order.

  • What happens if my order contains a product that is not pre-order and another that is pre-order?
    The entire order will be sent in a single package together with the pre-order. If you want it shipped separately please purchase it separately.

Shipping

  • In how much time will my request be delivered?
    I'm only one person so it takes me between 1 and 2 weeks to prepare the packages. If you are in a special hurry, please let me know in the order comments!
    After shipping, the arrival time depends on the destination country. Check it when ordering!

  • Why can there be several different shipping costs when I place the order?
    Unfortunately the platform doesn't unify shipping costs. This is because not all products weigh the same, so some products (like photocards) weigh less, and other products (like totebags) weigh more. The platform differentiates shipping costs by weight, but everything will be sent in the same package!

  • What happens if my order is shipped but is lost along the way?
    That's something that is beyond my control. There is a possibility that shipping companies may lose the package. I'm not responsible for this problem, if you want to avoid it please select ''With tracking'' shipping method, since with it we will be able to locate where the package is. If there is a problem and I receive the package back, I will notify you privately!

USA shipping (October 1st updated)

  • Shipping paper products ✅
    Currently, only documents can be shipped from Spain. Therefore, products of this type, including photocards, stickers, and prints, can be purchased.
  • Shipping other products ❌
    Unfortunately, products other than documents (including plushies) cannot currently be shipped. However, as of today, Spain and the US are signing an agreement with an intermediary company that will allow shipments of these types of products. However, these shipments will require prior tax payment.

  • Can I still purchase these products?
    Yes, but if it's a product other than documents, you'll have to wait until it's shipped. As of today, the taxes that will be payable are unknown, so if you place your order later, I will contact you so you can pay the tax cost for the package to enter the US.

Heartsteel plushies (October 1st updated)

  • Heartsteel plushies haven't yet been shipped due to customs delays. Currently, only the packages containing Aphelios and Yone without accessories have been shipped, as they are the only ones I've received. I hope to receive the rest soon and ship them.     Shipments to the US will be possible once packages are allowed to be shipped to the US again.
